Rodent Module

This is the most popular of the modules and will prepare the student for working in a Laboratory setting.

The module focuses on Rats, Mice and Rabbits.

Students will learn about the biology and husbandry of these species in a controlled setting with emphasis on the standardization of environments to ensure reliability of the data derived. It will give guidance in good experimental design and how the standardization of the environment helps ensure the removal of many confounding factors associated with less controlled environments.
