Certificates

To obtain your ‘LAST’ certificate the following conditions need to be fulfilled.

1. Full attendance at all sessions of the course and have obtained appropriate marks in the examination. (overall 70% and 70% in module 0)
*2. For UK qualification in Rodents, obtained the appropriate Handling/Skills form signed by an approved training officer and submitted to certs@last-ireland.org. LAST Ireland can provide this training at a fee of 40 Euro. Forms signed by a training officer in authorised establishments are also acceptable.
3. Full payment of fees

* As of the 22/10/2014, for courses taken on or after this date, by agreement with the HPRA, this condition no longer applies to certificates issued by LAST Ireland. It will still be required for those who wish to obtain a UK UTG certificate.

Certificate will be issued by email as a PDF file  To obtain a UTG UK (rodent) cert (additional charge of 20 euro) In addition to the above criteria you must have achieved at least 70% pass in the Modules 1,2 & 3 papers.
Certificate will be issued as a hard copy posted to your address. Please ensure we have a full postal address for you.
